Start with the Noble Museum which combines maritime artifacts of the old Seaman’s Retirement home that was actually a home for aged sailors; as well as an artist’s house boat, painting studios for an art residency program, a performing arts theatre, and model ships. The Cultural Center also features a number of outdoor activities including concerts throughout the year.

The theater showcases a number of comedy acts, musical productions and musical theatre including shows like Shrek the Musical, It’s a Wonderful Life, Les Miserables, Godspell, and The Pajama Game. Whether you bike, jog, drive, or take the ferry to the cultural center, you’ll enjoy the tranquility of the gardens in every season. During the summer and fall, you can purchase fresh heirloom herbs and vegetables while enjoying an exquisite view of New York’s waterfront.
